Dehydrated Garlic Powder
Allium sativum L.
Our dehydrated garlic powder is produced from mature, well-cured bulbs that are peeled, sliced and dried at controlled temperature to protect the allicin-driven aroma. Over-drying is what turns garlic powder bitter and grey; our drying curve is set to avoid it.
The result is an off-white, high-pungency powder that disperses cleanly into wet and dry systems — the workhorse ingredient for seasoning houses, sauce plants and snack manufacturers.
