Questions importers usually ask first
Worth a scan — most enquiries move faster when these are already settled.
What is your minimum order quantity?
For onion, garlic and coriander powder the trial MOQ is 1 MT, with 5 MT and above for regular contracts. Moringa leaf powder starts at 500 kg. If you need a smaller first shipment to run a plant trial, tell us — we will look at combining products in one container.
Do you send free samples?
Yes. We dispatch a 100–250 g sample with its specification sheet against a confirmed courier account number, or with freight paid at your end. The material is drawn from the same production we would ship, not a show sample.
What are your payment terms?
Standard terms are 30% advance with the balance against a scanned Bill of Lading, or an irrevocable L/C at sight from a prime bank. Terms for repeat buyers are negotiable.
Do you offer private label and custom packing?
Yes. We pack under your brand and artwork in 25 kg kraft bags, 10/20 kg cartons or retail packs. You supply print-ready artwork and any statutory label text for your market; we handle the rest.
What is your lead time?
Typically 12–18 working days from confirmed order and advance receipt to gate-in at port, depending on quantity, packing and current crop availability. Private-label runs add roughly a week for packaging production.
Which markets do you serve?
We quote worldwide and ship from Nhava Sheva (JNPT) and Mundra. Buyers in the Middle East, South-East Asia, Africa, the EU, the UK and North America are all served on FOB, CIF or CFR terms.
